Lucy Xi, Managing Director, is the Head of Human Resources. Prior to assuming her current role, Ms. Xi was Director of Human Resources at Taobao in Hangzhou. Ms. Xi joined Globtec in 2019.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Xi was focused on developing business strategies and improving operational effectiveness for companies across a range of industries, including financial services, technology and logistics.
Ms. Xi has an M.Sc. From the Zhejiang University of Technology and an MBA from the China Europe International Business School in Shanghai.
