Chief Risk Officer

Wolfgang Stroebele, Managing Director, has served as Chief Risk Officer since 2012. Mr. Stroebele is responsible for the investment, counterparty, technology and operational risk of Globtec Group.

Prior to joining Globtec he was Partner at TrueNorth Management Consultants, Head of M & A / Corporate Development of the Bilfinger Service Group in Germany and before , Managing Director of Scheu & Wirth Anlagen- und Gebäudetechnik GmbH. He started his career as a Project Manager at Roland Berger & Partner International Management Consultants.

His experience encompasses both senior-level consulting projects and interim management roles—including in self-administered insolvency proceedings—addressing the following areas: restructuring, cost reduction, efficiency improvement, controlling, finance and accounting, strategy, organization, HR, M&A, and post-merger integration across various industries and companies of varying sizes.

Mr. Stroebele has finished the University of Stuttgart with a Masters degree in Business Administration (technically oriented).
